Board Members get 2x vote on staff applications, important votes and staff reports. Meanwhile normal staff members like Moderators, Admins, Chat Moderators, Voice Chat Moderators And Staff Will only get one vote If the vote is very important, the decision will only be made by Board Members 

You can apply for staff by filling the Google Form or use the Celestial Citadel website

 You can report a staff member for breaking the rules or unfairly punishing you by filling this Google Form

 For every 10 levels that a member achieve (Staff members get an extra 20 levels skip) will get them a 5,000 reward in the form of Cowoncy or OwO bot's currency

 Its probably because you dont have Show All Channels activated in the server setting

open the "Browse Channels" tab or right click on the server icon and click "Show All Channels"
